When Should My Child First See a Dentist?
We recommend bringing your little one in by the age of 1. The first visit is really important, as it’s an opportunity for parents to introduce the child to a dental environment early, so that they can become familiar with all the sights, smells and sounds. The dentist will conduct a gentle exam to look for signs of tooth decay, gum issues or other oral health concerns. The dentist will provide advice on things like brushing, flossing, diet and other healthy habits to start early to help preserve a lifetime of smiles.

$20 Capped Pricing for Children’s Dental Appointments
Keeping your child’s pearly whites healthy has never been more affordable! We provide a $20 gap payment option for patients under 18 who receive a check, clean and fluoride treatment, when they are covered by a Health Fund with dental. Schedule a checkup every six months to help your child keep their smile healthy.
Checkup & Clean Without Health Cover
No health cover? No worries! We offer a small $156 fee for children’s checkup and cleans for those without health cover. Our practice chose to offer this special because we want our high-quality dental care to be affordable to all patients.

We Accept the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule
Did you know your child might be eligible under the Medicare Dental Child Dental Benefits Schedule to receive up to $1,095 of dental cover over 2 consecutive years? To be eligible, your child or children must be between the ages of 2-17. Medicare CDBS offers $1,095 in dental services every two years for eligible children. Coverage includes routine general services like fillings, radiographs, fissure sealants and more! For those children who don’t have a health fund or access to Medicare CDBS, a reduced fee applies to all treatments.
